Manbo Discord Bot

The term "we" refers to bot owners who has access to its own source code.
The term "you" refers to the person reading this Privacy Policy as well as using discord bot Manbo.
The term "service" referes to our whole provided services, such as Discord Bot, Dashboard, etc.

Usage Agreement

By inviting Manbo Bot and using its features including our other services such as dashboard, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Service

We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user when the service is unavailable. We shall also not be liable for any damage to internal information in the database, regardless of the cause. User must be fully aware of the possibility of such damage and use the service at their own risk.

Discord ToS

All of our services respect and comply with Discord ToS. Even if it is not specified in our privacy policy, any violation of Discord ToS may result in sanctions on our services as well. In addition, we inform you in advance that each user's use of the service may be restricted under national or international law

Affiliation

Our service is not affiliated with, supported or made by Discord Inc.

Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to access or use the Service in an unlawful manner or in a manner that exceeds the intended scope of use of the Service (as determined in our's sole discretion).
